Granola (Tawyna)

1/4 c. coconut
1/2 c. chopped almonds
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
1/2 c. chopped cashews
1/4 c. sunflower seeds and pine nuts
8-10 chopped dates
cinnamon
salt

Combine in a bowl.  Top with sliced fruit and rice milk.
