Miso Vinaigrette (Stephanie)

1/4 cup red miso
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic
1/8 tsp. pepper

Add ingredients to blender, blend until smooth. Tripling the recipe yields one quart. (I could drink this stuff but I mostly prefer it on salad)
